Resource Pool Worker CooperativePersonalized packages for your finance, bookkeeping, HR, and people needs.
With our combined 45+ years of experience across non-profits, charities, grassroots organizing, community development, unions, and small (and big!) businesses, we’re here to support you to bring your mission to life by providing values-aligned services for mission-driven organizations.
We formed a worker cooperative because we’re not interested in exploiting each other or profiting off other people’s labour—we all own and democratically control our workplace.
Plus, we’re queer- and trans-owned, so we get what it means to design for inclusivity and accessibility, from the start.
